GMTK Game Jam 2021 Submission

Software: Modelled in Blender, Surfaced in Blender

The theme of the game jam was “Joined Together”. My partner and I came up with a simple concept of tasking the player with reuniting the shape blocks with their respective buckets hidden somewhere within the level. The player would then have to avoid the speedy babies launching themselves at the shape blocks, and killing the player on impact.

I used 3D renders to produce quick UI menus for the game.

 

Since this was a Game Jam game, we needed to have all the assets made as quickly as possible. We chose a simple low poly 3D style, with a limited colour palette.
My role was to create all the game assets, UI (menus, and buttons), and promotional images.
